1. Lead the development of photo shoot production plans, collaborating with internal and external creative teams.
2. Ensure strategic timelines, budgets, scopes, and expectations are clearly defined and met for creative studio projects.
3. Manage creative and content budgets, working with finance, legal, procurement, and agencies.
4. Oversee pre-production processes and support post-production activities.
5. Collaborate with the Content Management team to identify deliverables and timelines.
6. Navigate cross-functional collaboration to drive results.

1. Experience in an internal brand creative studio, publishing, or creative agency in the fashion industry preferred.

1. Effective budget management.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Highly organized with a creative and collaborative problem-solving approach.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
5. Strong work ethic and accountability.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and project management software like Screendragon is a plus.

Experience in an internal brand creative studio, publishing, or creative agency in the fashion industry is preferred.

Base pay range $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
