Stuart Weitzman Production Coordinator

- Lead the development of photo shoot production plans, collaborating with internal and external creative teams to deliver diverse content, including still-life photography and seasonal fashion campaigns.
- Ensure strategic timelines, budgets, scopes, and expectations are clearly defined and met for each initiative to support the creative studio's annual projects.
- Manage the creative and content budget, working closely with creative and content leads, finance, legal, procurement, and agencies.
- Oversee the pre-production process, including vendor contracts and negotiations, and support the post-production process, including campaign and content delivery, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with the Content Management team to identify deliverables and timelines for each project, ensuring effective resource management for campaign delivery.
- Exhibit expertise in cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills to navigate the organization and achieve results.
- Experience in an internal brand creative studio, publishing, or creative agency within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and project management software such as Screendragon is advantageous.
Relevant experience in a creative or production role within the fashion industry, preferably in a brand creative studio or agency setting.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Base pay range from $64,350.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
