Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator

1. Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns
2. Assist in campaign deployment process, including scheduling, approval process, vendor coordination, QA, and post-deployment analysis
3. Maintain and update strategy calendars for timely execution and delivery
4. Perform daily QA of all campaigns, including creative, promotional messaging, links, segments, and setup
5. Collaborate with account managers and marketing leads to ensure campaign accuracy
6. Track and submit all digital marketing invoice submissions
7. Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
9. Perform additional duties as assigned

3. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to problem-solve, be forward-thinking, and anticipate needs

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate Excel capabilities
2. Experience with project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com preferred
3. Customer-centric mindset

1-2 years of work experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Base pay range $64,000 to $65,000 annually
