1. Support the Store Manager in achieving the store's sales plan and KPI goals.
2. Enhance 4-wall contribution by increasing sales and reducing operating expenses.
3. Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience through the team.
4. Develop a clientele strategy in partnership with the Store Manager.
5. Stay informed about market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.

1. 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.

1. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
2. Proficiency in maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
3. Capability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for product shipment/transfers.
4. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment is preferred.
