1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Enhance store profitability by boosting sales and minimizing operational expenses.
3. Deliver an energetic and purpose-driven customer experience through team leadership.
4. Develop and implement a clientele strategy in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Stay informed about market competition, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
6. Recruit, interview, onboard, and collaborate with the Store Manager to retain top talent.
7. Train and mentor the team on integrating trends into Stuart Weitzman's Selling Service.
8. Exhibit managerial courage in performance management and developmental discussions.
9. Motivate the team daily, weekly, and monthly to achieve goals.
10. Ensure compliance with all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures.
11. Maintain Visual Guidelines and achieve Store Audit Scores at or above company standards.
12. Manage daily workload while prioritizing customer experience.
13. Utilize company tools to stay informed and ensure team adherence to retail policies, including Loss Prevention.
14. Lead and support the team in the absence of the Store Manager.

1. 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong written and oral communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and Mobile POS.
4. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
5. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
6. Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
7. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
