1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
2. Enhance staff productivity and engagement
3. Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency
4. Adhere to operational routines and compliance
5. Monitor turnover against targets
6. Develop product categories
7. Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers
8. Conduct scheduled inventory checks
9. Support beauty classes and short services across departments
10. Maintain product presentation in line with visual merchandising standards
11. Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale
12. Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
13. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
14. Assist with merchandising updates and conversions
15. Operate the cash register
16. Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations

1. Fluent in English or German
2. First experience in retail, customer service, or related fields
3. Interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy

4. Knowledge of beauty industry trends

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
