Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment and customer retention initiatives for retail and online platforms in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Design digital and print materials in partnership with agencies.
- Support the team in managing the loyalty rewards program and promotional activities.
- Assist in the creation of reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, CRM, or a related field.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct conversations in English.
- Passion for the beauty industry and enthusiasm for the latest trends.
Experience Requirements
Ideally, some initial experience in CRM and/or marketing.
