1. Support the distribution center network by identifying, resolving, and providing root cause analysis for production system issues.
2. Leverage logistics operational process knowledge and JDA/BY WMS systems expertise to resolve high-priority logistics business incidents.
3. Utilize programming languages such as C, Java, C++, and SQL to mitigate critical system issues and restore business functionality.
4. Analyze logistics business opportunities to design and implement innovative technical solutions.
5. Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure new business requirements align with operational processes.
6. Participate in code reviews and test solutions to ensure adherence to best practices.

1. Experience in distribution center systems engineering support with increasing technical and functional responsibilities.
2. Technical experience in JDA/BY WMS application development and support.
3. Knowledge of DC operational processes and experience with various warehouse systems such as WMS, OMS, TMS, and WCS/WES.

1. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
2. Proficiency in task and time management, and technical expertise.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and WMS concepts.
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, C#, C++, PL/SQL.

Distribution Center Systems Engineering Support experience with increasing technical and functional responsibilities required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
