- Contribute to the E-commerce Operations team with commercial activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop commercial strategies.
- Analyze results and prepare reports with peers.
- Manage the Sephora Box program, ensuring timely delivery and content quality.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for production and inventory management.
- Work with the Sephora studio to create visuals and schedule online content.
- Collaborate with web and marketing teams to develop and execute communication plans.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as sales, average basket size, and app engagement.
- Implement and coordinate online games, including briefing and thematic development.
- Set up game offers for online deployment and collaborate on visual production.
- Execute omnichannel strategies and analyze outcomes.
- Oversee the operational management of sample distribution.
- Coordinate offers with Category Managers and manage forecasts.
- Implement eMerchandising strategies on the website.
- Enhance unboxing experiences through collaboration with Supply Chain for added value items.
- Provide support during peak activity periods by organizing app promotions and visibility.
- Master's student in a business school program.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and creative skills.
- Curiosity and adaptability to new web technologies and digital communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize data.
- Proficiency in French and English.
