Sephora Warehouse Associate

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The company operates a distribution center in Perryman, Maryland, where it supports both retail stores and online customers.

1. Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products according to established procedures.
2. Follow safety rules and regulations, including OSHA standards.
3. Comply with company loss prevention policies.
4. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule.
5. Respond to direction from leadership, including shift coordinators and management.
6. Provide high-quality customer service.

1. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
4. Ability to be cross-trained in various warehouse processes.
5. Teamwork and positive demeanor.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial.

Starting base pay is $17.30 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
