1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Comply with Sephora's Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
4. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
5. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
6. Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for product receiving, picking, and replenishment.
3. Proficiency in packing products using preferred methods.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Capability to be cross-trained in various warehouse processes.
6. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience is sufficient for this role.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
