1. Safely receive, stock, and manage inventory including picking, packing, prepping, and shipping products to retail stores and online customers.
2. Adhere to company, state, and OSHA safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
3. Comply with company loss prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
4. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as required.
5. Respond proactively to direction from leadership and collaborate effectively with team members.
6. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
5. Ability to be cross-trained in various warehouse processes.
6. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not required.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
