1. Safely receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products in accordance with established production rates and procedures.
2. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Comply with company loss prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
4. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
5. Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
6. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including shift coordinators and management.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience using menu-driven applications.
2. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
4. Ability to pack products using preferred methods.
5. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
6. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping processes.
7. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.

Starting base pay is $17.30 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
