1. Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products according to established procedures and production rates.
2. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and report any violations.
3. Adhere to company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
4. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
5. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally, following company standards.
6. Operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
7. Be cross-trained in various warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals effectively.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Capability to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse processes.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
6. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Starting base pay is $16.50 per hour, with eligibility for shift differential pay based on work schedules.
