Sephora Warehouse Associate

1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on operational needs.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
5. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
6. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
2. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers accurately.
3. Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Effective teamwork and communication skills.
4. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in warehouse operations or a related field is required.

Starting base pay is $19.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
