Sephora Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Manage permanent visual merchandising projects and seasonal updates across the EME region.
- Develop new fixtures and ensure stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including purchasing, design, and trade teams.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and adjust fixture concepts accordingly.
- Oversee tender management, supplier selection, and technical validation.
- Coordinate operational and logistical follow-up, including timeline planning and delivery management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods and processes.
- Manage seasonal merchandising updates, including timeline adherence and store data management.
- Write implementation guidelines for merchandising and in-store updates.
- Coordinate daily with central teams, brand, and EME region countries.
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and creativity.
- Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty industry.
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school.
