1. Develop and write implementation guidelines for skincare and perfume categories to ensure proper merchandising execution.
2. Manage brand merchandising updates, including creation and monitoring of retro-planning, briefing offers and brands, and validating merchandising plans.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop permanent brand fixtures, ensuring alignment with merchandising rules.
4. Support brands in developing merchandising elements and validate technical plans and prototypes with the design team.
5. Coordinate logistics for deliveries and store implementations, and manage project budgets.
6. Develop institutional fixtures, build budgets by country, and define merchandising briefs.
7. Coordinate between central teams, brands, and countries to ensure seamless communication and execution.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business or design.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty industry.

1. Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
2. Dynamic and adaptable with excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Fluent in English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
