- Manage the development of new furniture for the EME region, ensuring alignment with brand merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, purchasing, and offer management.
- Oversee supplier selection, briefing, and tender management, including analysis of pricing and technical proposals.
- Validate plans, technical proofs, and prototypes in collaboration with the design team.
- Develop retro-planning, manage country orders, logistics, deliveries, implementations, and budget.
- Define and adhere to retro-planning for seasonal merchandising updates.
- Analyze quantitative needs for centralized ordering and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create planograms and manage logistics coordination with countries.
- Draft and communicate implementation guidelines to ensure proper execution of merchandising updates.
- Act as a liaison between central teams, the brand, and countries in the EME region.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Acute attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Dynamic, creative, and adaptable with strong proposal skills.
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills, particularly in office software.
3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
