Sephora Visual Merchandising Operations Manager

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and lead category operations strategies for omni-channel brand activations.
- Partner with the Category Management team on space and animation negotiations to ensure consistency and productivity.
- Oversee floor plan and planogram outputs, visual merchandising, and animation outputs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute space, visual merchandising, and animation strategies.
- Drive omni-channel brand activations and operational plans for in-store programs, new store openings, and renovations across ANZ.
- Manage bi-annual floorplan updates, coordinating with suppliers and store teams for effective rollout.
- Oversee a team of 4 direct reports, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Set and execute VM and animation plans in alignment with category strategies to elevate in-store experience and drive sales.
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of fixture updates and visual activations.
- Support new store openings through fixture planning, artwork coordination, and VM training.
- Develop and implement innovative space planning strategies to optimize productivity and customer experience.
- Lead planogram management to ensure optimal product placement and customer assortment across all categories.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget in partnership with Finance, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.
- 5+ years of experience in category operations, visual merchandising, brand partnerships, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Success in developing and executing category operations strategies and omni-channel activations.
- Experience in managing store operations, including new store openings and renovations.
- Expertise in negotiating space and animation support with Category Management and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership track record, with experience mentoring teams and driving a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and space planning tools.
Minimum of 5 years in category operations, visual merchandising, or related fields.
