Sephora Visual Merchandising Executive

- Serve as the primary liaison to Brand and Suppliers for visual merchandising changeovers and updates.
- Coordinate planning, production, delivery, and installation with internal and external suppliers.
- Ensure timely receipt of brand updates in stores and communicate issues to HQ VM team.
- Act as the main point of contact for updates in new store openings, collaborating with VM Operations and Manager.
- Coordinate major update schedules to ensure seamless execution across all stores.
- Support store teams in maintaining presentation standards for all fixtures.
- Manage and update the fixtures budget.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in project and brand management.
- Proficiency in in-store visual merchandising design and development.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with initiative.
- Results-oriented and resourceful.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or related fields is required.
