Sephora Visual Merchandising Executive

- Serve as the headquarters liaison to stores for all Visual Merchandising support.
- Address store issues related to missing or damaged visual elements, reporting to the support office Visual Merchandising team.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to optimize communication flow.
- Conduct field merchandising and store visits.
- Support and educate store teams in maintaining presentation standards for all brands and fixtures.
- Create and develop guidelines and training materials for store teams.
- Train store teams on visual merchandising best practices and expectations, providing guidance as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained.
- Provide ad-hoc visual merchandising support for new store openings.
- Manage key initiative rollouts in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in in-store visual merchandising and planogramming.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with initiative.
- Results-oriented and resourceful.
