1. Assist in the execution of visual merchandising plans and support animation projects.
2. Ensure in-store visual standards are maintained according to Sephora guidelines.
3. Coordinate with the Regional Visual Merchandising Team for brand updates and planogram management.
4. Work closely with the local Category Team to execute final planograms and visual prints.
5. Order fixtures and adapt visuals to meet retail objectives and drive sales.
6. Coordinate with vendors and store teams on the delivery of fixtures and POSM.
7. Conduct regular evaluations of vendor work execution and quality in-store.
8. Maintain a catalogue of fixtures, costings, and inventory, replacing broken or missing grids.
9. Monitor Sephora Collection fixtures and locations by store.
10. Execute seasonal fixture updates, including labels, visuals, and fittings.
11. Support the execution of planograms developed by the Regional Space Planning team.
12. Coordinate and track grid procurement and deployment to stores.
13. Ensure planograms are available on Open Access prior to updates and provide brand updates in CONNECT.
14. Consolidate brand updates and manage the calendar for planogram updates and installation schedules.
15. Execute brand animation calendar planning with the Local Category and Regional Animations team.
16. Ensure animation bookings are aligned with the Regional Team and execute provided designs.
17. Provide animations book with accurate and complete information to sales operations team and vendors.
18. Work with local and regional Supply Chain Teams to ensure sufficient stocks for animations.
19. Share post-animation reports, learnings, and recommended next steps for each animation cycle.
20. Prepare for monthly meetings with the Regional Activations and Space Team.
21. Send market animation highlights monthly to the Regional Team.
22. Collaborate with the Regional Visual Merchandising Team for brand fixtures order, visuals print, and installation.
23. Work closely with the Store Team, Category Team, and Project Team on project schedules and floorplans.
24. Manage installation and merchandising schedules with vendors and brands.
25. Order and adapt fixtures according to final approved floor plans and opening needs.
26. Ensure new floorplans and animation initiatives drive targets for new or renovated stores.
27. Raise POs in COREFA for all job orders and support the Manager in aligning monthly expenses.

1. A degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, or related studies.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity within the FMCG, Beauty, or Retail industry is highly preferred.

A degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, or related studies.
