- Support and manage visual merchandising projects from development to implementation.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to design optimal store layouts to enhance shopper experience and maximize sales.
- Plan and execute store layout construction and development using AutoCAD.
- Participate in store remodeling, new openings, and in-store fittings.
- Define and implement category and brand space allocation according to company guidelines and market dynamics.
- Manage special merchandising projects, including seasonal and category-specific initiatives.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for assigned merchandising projects, ensuring timely delivery and implementation.
- Organize merchandising updates for the Sephora Collection brand.
- Manage relationships with merchandising material suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Control project budgets, liaising with managers and suppliers to meet financial objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or related fields.
