1. Ensure the timely update and implementation of gondolas according to product launches, adhering to defined schedules.
2. Develop and maintain additional in-store displays such as FOS tables, endcaps, and towers to maximize product visibility and drive conversion.
3. Monitor and adjust displays strategically to enhance attractiveness, improve the shopping experience, and facilitate the customer journey.
4. Collect performance data and provide regular analyses to refine merchandising strategies, identifying opportunities and resolving potential bottlenecks.
5. Collaborate with Product teams and external agencies to ensure alignment of executions with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

1. Experience in Visual Merchandising with a focus on gondolas (Mandatory)
2. Retail experience
3. Advanced/Fluent English
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
5. Experience in the beauty market (Desirable)
6. Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) (Desirable)
