Sephora Vice President, Labor Relations

- Develop and implement proactive labor relations strategies aligned with Sephora's culture and business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership on potential labor issues and provide expert guidance on labor relations strategies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Employee Relations to foster strong relationships between Sephora and its employees.
- Support negotiations and ensure compliance with labor laws during union activities.
- Stay informed on labor-related laws and work with legal teams to ensure compliance.
- Partner with various teams to assess risk and drive solutions for a positive work environment.
- Advocate for Sephora’s inclusive and diverse workplace culture through strategic initiatives.
- Track and report on labor relations issues and provide updates to leadership.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, or human resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in a store leadership role focused on employee culture.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and union avoidance strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and develop strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in negotiation, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution.
Minimum of 10 years in labor relations or human resources, with significant experience in retail and corporate environments.
