- Design and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for all digital platforms.
- Ensure all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and visual appeal.
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in UX/UI design.
- Create and evolve design systems to ensure scalable and cohesive user interfaces.
- Investigate and gather user experience design requirements across digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product teams to define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy aligned with the brand's vision.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions including wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and style guides.
- Continuously test and refine design elements based on insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver tailored digital user experiences.
- Provide expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
- Proficiency in Figma, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong background in user interface design and design systems
- Experience in usability testing and user research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team player with the ability to work independently
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
