1. Design and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for all digital platforms.
2. Ensure all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and visual appeal.
3. Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in UX/UI design.
4. Create and evolve design systems to ensure scalable and cohesive user interfaces.
5. Investigate and gather user experience design requirements across digital touchpoints.
6. Collaborate with product teams to define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
7. Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy aligned with the brand's vision.
8. Produce high-quality UX design solutions including wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes.
9. Design and maintain scalable design systems and style guides.
10. Continuously test and refine design elements based on insights and feedback.
11. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver tailored digital user experiences.
12. Provide expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services

1. Proficiency in Figma, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
2. Strong background in user interface design and design systems
3. Experience in usability testing and user research
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
6. Team player with the ability to work independently

Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
