- Investigate and gather user experience design requirements across all digital touchpoints, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and business objectives.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure brand and design consistency.
- Continuously test and refine design elements, leveraging insights and feedback to drive ongoing improvements to the digital experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Provide expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to guide design decisions while advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with conducting usability testing, user research, and synthesizing insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services is required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
