Sephora Treasury Project Manager

- Collaborate with banks and payment service providers to centralize cash and streamline banking structures in the region.
- Conduct feasibility studies and potentially implement salary payment repatriation via the Trax banking communication tool.
- Analyze and potentially execute the merger of e-banking platforms to optimize administration and enhance security.
- Contribute to strategic changes in banking partners, focusing on optimizing structures and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Serve as the administrative reference user for the Trax banking communication solution and Kyriba treasury management solution, providing first-level support for banking statement incidents and payment file rejections.
- Contribute to the SAP S4HANA migration project.
- Work closely with the Shared Services Center to identify treasury improvement opportunities and provide expert advice.
- Support the Regional Treasury Manager in implementing and refining regional treasury strategies in alignment with global objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management with a strong interest in systems.
- Specialization in treasury or corporate finance is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a team and with various stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French and/or other regional languages is a plus.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or a related analytical role. Internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate treasury department is appreciated. Familiarity with treasury operations, cash management, or banking processes is beneficial. Exposure to treasury systems such as Kyriba and Trax is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management.
