1. Coordinate all domestic inbound pickup requests and organize shipments for timely delivery to Sephora distribution centers.
2. Collaborate with vendors and carriers to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve service offerings.
3. Assist in carrier selection and rate negotiations for daily shipping operations.
4. Manage shipment tracking, tracing, and handle inquiries including rate quotes and special requests.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, DOT/FAA regulations, and HAZMAT requirements.
6. Oversee activities related to domestic transportation services, including RFP activity, cost controls, and management reporting.
7. Work closely with internal customers to align goals and processes with Sephora's overall objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
2. 2-3+ years of analytical experience in logistics and forwarding management.

1. Proficiency in logistics operations including Ground/Truck transportation.
2. Experience with logistics systems such as Delivery Solutions, TMS, WMS, and Freight Optimization.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

2-3+ years of experience in logistics and forwarding management, with a focus on distribution centers and foreign suppliers.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
