Sephora Transportation Analyst

- Coordinate daily carrier logistics to ensure seamless dotcom outbound operations.
- Document network delays and collaborate with Distribution Centers to ensure timely order shipment.
- Provide strategic support in managing carrier performance through detailed reporting and planning.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for Distribution Centers, analyzing trends in volume and carrier utilization.
- Monitor carrier pickup schedules using Salesforce and the UPS Trailer Reservation System to ensure compliance.
- Participate in monthly meetings with Carriers and Distribution Centers to resolve issues.
- Maintain an organized log of operational issues related to carriers, including no-shows and tardiness.
- Collaborate with carriers and Distribution Centers to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures.
- Distribute monthly performance reports to carriers to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist with Monthly Meetings/Quarterly Business Reviews by compiling relevant data.
- Monitor induction delays daily using Aftership to support carrier operations and Client Promise Delivery Date KPIs.
- Extract and compile data from third-party systems such as Narvar, GMT, and Aftership as needed.
- BA/BS in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in transportation/logistics, specifically with e-commerce retail shipping.
- Previous experience with transportation systems or ability to quickly develop proficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in logistics systems such as Aftership, Navar, and Salesforce.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation/logistics, particularly in e-commerce retail shipping.
BA/BS in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
