1. Ensure employee training through needs analysis and training plan development aligned with company objectives.
2. Develop and propose training strategies aligned with organizational goals and best learning practices.
3. Utilize innovative pedagogical approaches to maximize training effectiveness.
4. Create training content, including printed materials, online resources, videos, and presentations, tailored to various learning styles.
5. Measure training program effectiveness through learning assessments, participant feedback, and result analysis, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
6. Manage the corporate university and e-learning training system.
7. Curate content for employee training pathways.
8. Facilitate training according to strategic direction, corporate competencies, and development needs.
9. Contract, develop, and/or update training content, evaluating trends in innovative techniques and formats for knowledge dissemination and management.
10. Consolidate and analyze indicators of adherence, satisfaction, and completion of individual development plans.
11. Implement metrics and indicators to measure training plans and content effectiveness, including ROI calculations.
12. Collaborate with Sephora's corporate training team in Paris and other regions.

1. Fluent in English
2. Experience in a dedicated corporate education role

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs
4. Ability to work collaboratively with international teams
