Sephora Training Program Manager

- Plan and execute training programs at assigned regional distribution centers.
- Identify training needs and assess training effectiveness.
- Support adherence to regulatory training and compliance.
- Collaborate with DC Operations Leaders to manage indirect non-exempt reports.
- Engage and inspire warehouse teams through training facilitation.
- Collaborate with local leadership and HR to create training plans and policies.
- Implement metrics to measure training effectiveness and departmental impact.
- Certify floor trainers and evaluate their performance.
- Mentor and develop Training Coordinators.
- Ensure alignment of training processes with Accessibility Program Trainers and Temp Agency Trainers.
- Develop and revise training manuals, reference libraries, and educational materials.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional adult classroom facilitation or similar field.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution center, manufacturing, or warehousing industry preferred.
- Ability to work across operational shifts and weekends.
- Ability to support multiple locations and travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Articulate 360/Storyline, and other relevant software.
- Ability to deliver virtual training with the same impact as in-person sessions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Agility in managing time effectively and handling sensitive information.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in professional adult classroom facilitation or a similar field is preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
