Sephora Training Manager

- Set training goals and objectives aligned with regional guidelines and market needs.
- Strategize, plan, develop, and deliver product and skills training for the retail team.
- Maintain regular communication with the regional team for updates on new trainings and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain training calendars and records for auditing.
- Drive business performance by enhancing retail team service and selling skills.
- Analyze training reports and develop action plans.
- Coordinate training classes with participating brands and review evaluations.
- Adapt and modify training materials from headquarters.
- Develop tutorial and coaching tools for in-store learning.
- Organize induction programs for new employees.
- Identify learning opportunities and provide feedback to store managers.
- Conduct follow-up and in-store coaching for store management.
- Monitor and implement E-learning progress.
- Foster Sephora culture through employee competency development.
- Coordinate other training and learning activities as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
Minimum 6 years in a similar capacity within the beauty industry, with retail operations and floor management experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
