1. Plan, organize, and conduct employee training on various functional skill areas.
2. Maintain knowledge of new training methods and industry-specific requirements.
3. Identify operational changes and opportunities for training improvements.
4. Conduct and facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
5. Facilitate portions of New Hire Orientation.
6. Maintain records of training completion.
7. Assist in creating an annual Training Calendar.
8. Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings.
9. Evaluate performance of current trainers.
10. Conduct training audits to assess training efficacy.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. 1 year of applicable training experience.

1. Ability to work flexible hours.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to operate basic office and audiovisual equipment.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
8. Willingness to operate MHE and become MHE certified.

A minimum of one year of relevant training experience is required.

The starting base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.40 per hour, with potential eligibility for Shift Differential pay based on work schedules.
