1. Plan, organize, and conduct employee training on various functional skill areas.
2. Maintain knowledge of new training methods and techniques relevant to the organization and industry.
3. Identify operational changes that could benefit from training improvements.
4. Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
5. Facilitate portions of New Hire Orientation.
6. Maintain records of successful training completion.
7. Assist in creating an annual Training Calendar.
8. Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings.
9. Evaluate performance of current trainers.
10. Conduct training audits to evaluate training efficacy.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. 1 year of applicable training experience.

1. Ability to work flexible hours.
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong administrative and data management skills.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to operate basic office and audiovisual equipment.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
9. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
10. Willingness to operate MHE and become MHE certified.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant training experience is required.

The starting base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.40 per hour, with potential eligibility for Shift Differential pay.
