- Deliver exceptional sales consultancy with a focus on beauty expertise and customer service excellence.
- Serve as a technical and behavioral role model for the store team.
- Conduct both in-person and online training sessions in alignment with the Education department's guidelines.
- Engage the team with brand content and certifications such as START1 and CMAC.
- Support leadership in developing action plans and business indicators.
- Completion of secondary education (pursuing or holding a higher education degree is advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetics and customer service.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to teach and inspire.
- Exemplary behavior, engagement, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility for travel and adaptable working hours.
