Sephora Traffic Acquisition Specialist

- Lead and optimize all traffic channels for Sephora in the Iberian region, focusing on a data-driven online acquisition strategy.
- Define and execute traffic acquisition and qualification strategies at the Iberian level.
- Propose new partners, channels, and opportunities to meet media objectives.
- Ensure strategic alignment with central guidelines and local Offer, Marketing, and E-commerce teams.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns through deep performance analysis.
- Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and new growth levers.
- Oversee App Marketing initiatives, including performance, reporting, and action plans to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure accurate data collection through proper implementation of tags and pixels.
- Manage paid media budget allocation and control in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and service providers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media agencies or similar digital marketing roles.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or beauty sectors is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects.
- Trend-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and market best practices.
- Technical proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, and adservers.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 5 years in media agencies or similar digital marketing roles, with a preference for experience in retail, fashion, or beauty sectors.
