Sephora Trade Marketing Specialist

- Lead floor plan management for stores and corners, collaborating with the Manager, Offer, and Retail teams.
- Manage inventory of furniture and execute planogram updates 4-6 times per year.
- Create solutions for local initiatives and lead trade marketing projects for new store openings or remodels.
- Ensure adherence to merchandise guidelines and provide necessary templates and signage to stores.
- Lead store animations, including planning, production, and execution of trade elements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for POS materials and negotiate for quality and pricing.
- Oversee OPEX merchandising budget and plan CAPEX investments.
- Collaborate with the DENS Trade Marketing team, Retail teams, Offer, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sephora Europe team.
- Support retail excellence by understanding and addressing store needs and ensuring excellent execution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing with a focus on Visual Merchandise and Animation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
- Strong hands-on mentality and effective prioritization skills.
- Comfortable in agile and dynamic environments.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
Minimum 3 years in Trade Marketing with a focus on Visual Merchandise and Animation.
