1. Lead floor plan management for stores and corners, collaborating with the Manager, Offer, and Retail teams.
2. Manage inventory of furniture and execute planogram updates 4-6 times per year.
3. Create solutions for local initiatives and lead trade marketing projects for new store openings or remodels.
4. Ensure adherence to merchandise guidelines and provide necessary templates and signage to stores.
5. Lead store animations, including planning, production, and execution of trade elements.
6. Manage relationships with suppliers for POS materials and negotiate for quality and pricing.
7. Oversee OPEX merchandising budget and plan CAPEX investments.
8. Collaborate with the DENS Trade Marketing team, Retail teams, Offer, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sephora Europe team.
9. Support retail excellence by understanding and addressing store needs and ensuring excellent execution.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing with a focus on Visual Merchandise and Animation.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
4. Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
