Sephora Trade Marketing Project Manager

- Lead the design, development, production, and deployment of trade animation assets for Sephora Collection across Europe.
- Implement retail marketing animation plans in collaboration with the Head of Brand Marketing.
- Develop and consolidate detailed briefs for each animation in alignment with brand strategy.
- Advise and guide brand teams on in-store experiences and animations, including PLV, GWP, and services.
- Monitor and manage the timeline for each trade animation from inception to execution.
- Spread trade marketing best practices and guidelines to brand and marketing managers.
- Design and approve trade marketing assets to ensure maximum impact and client engagement.
- Lead tender processes with purchasing teams to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and oversee the delivery of assets to the supply chain.
- Focus on sustainable practices and upcycling of trade marketing assets.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay abreast of retail trends and inspirations.
- Monitor budget versus targets and coordinate with markets and brand teams.
- Deploy assets in collaboration with markets, ensuring seamless communication and implementation.
- Conduct store and market visits to assess the real-life impact of animations.
- Deliver trade animation reports and post-mortem analyses in collaboration with brand marketing teams.
- Utilize internal tools to ensure smooth implementation of European Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing.
- Background in the beauty industry.
- Experience in luxury or retail sectors is advantageous.
- International experience is highly valued.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
