Sephora Trade Marketing Project Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the development of point-of-sale display designs in collaboration with Trade Marketing Project Managers, brands, and external agencies.
2. Coordinate necessary information for promotional events, including assortments, texts, visuals, and products, to ensure smooth execution.
3. Contribute to merchandising tests to ensure consistency and feasibility at retail locations.
4. Collaborate with the legal department to validate promotional wording.
5. Create animation toolkits for markets to facilitate local implementation.
6. Work in an international context, coordinating information related to materials for different countries and facilitating communication between local markets and headquarters.
7. Conduct field quality checks to ensure compliance and impact of point-of-sale displays in stores.
8. Prepare trade reports to analyze and share promotional results.
