- Assist with ecommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising by contributing creative ideas and executing campaign tasks.
- Conduct research and analysis on online consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align strategies and drive business objectives.
- Learn and utilize ecommerce and digital marketing tools, including Content Management Systems (CMS) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in consumer insights.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
No prior experience required, but a passion for ecommerce and digital marketing is essential.
Interns will benefit from working with talented leaders and teams, access to personalized career plans, and a hybrid working policy with three days onsite per week at Sephora HQ in Russell Square, London.
