1. Lead and manage the temporary store operations in Sevilla, ensuring alignment with Sephora's brand values and objectives.
2. Drive sales performance by managing KPIs and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
3. Foster a dynamic and inclusive team environment, inspiring and motivating team members to excel.
4. Oversee customer service excellence, ensuring a premium shopping experience for all clients.
5. Participate in the expansion project of the retail network, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management within the retail or cosmetics sector.
2. Proven track record in sales performance management and KPI analysis.
3. High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
