1. Collaborate with a team of beauty enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service in Marbella.
2. Assist in leading the point of sale and team management with a focus on KPI control.
3. Develop and implement action plans to directly impact sales results.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proficiency in sales KPI management.
3. Experience in the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
4. Valuable proficiency in English and/or other languages.
