1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale and team in Sevilla.
2. Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance and achieve KPIs.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and dynamic work environment.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for those with a background in cosmetics.
