1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs.
3. Suggest products to meet client needs and communicate product knowledge.
4. Provide makeovers to clients as required.
5. Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
8. Be knowledgeable of special events and animations within the store.
9. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.

1. One to three years’ experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
