1. Oversee the maintenance and deployment of IT systems, including configuration, backup, and detection.
2. Manage and analyze system log information for maintenance and backup.
3. Collaborate with the team for daily system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
4. Respond swiftly to production issues, conducting analysis and recovery.
5. Establish and refine maintenance processes, standards, and KPIs.
6. Coordinate critical incident management with relevant parties.
7. Develop solutions and documentation to support operations and facilitate knowledge sharing.

1. 10+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in medium-to-large multinational enterprises.
2. Proficiency in Linux systems and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other virtualization technologies.
3. Experience with monitoring tools such as ELK, ARMS, and Prometheus.
4. Strong background in system development and programming languages including Java, Python, NodeJS, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML5.
5. Ability to lead system troubleshooting and recovery efforts with development teams.
6. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

5. Experience in eCommerce application maintenance is advantageous.
6. Fluency in English is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in a technical operations or maintenance management role within a multinational company.
