1. Oversee a designated area such as customer experience, beauty services, or operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora's standards.
2. Support staffing and management of the operations team, including stock management and compliance with Sephora's operational standards.
3. Drive sales and service excellence in Beauty Studios, Skincare, and Fragrance departments.
4. Ensure team coordinators are adequately trained to manage the Studio and collaborate with experts to enhance product knowledge.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of trainers and beauty workshop facilitators.
6. Manage store activities and ensure the execution of all operational processes, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
4. Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail environment.
