Sephora Team Leader

- Oversee a designated area such as customer experience, beauty services, or operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora's standards.
- Support staffing and management of the operations team, including stock management and compliance with Sephora's operational standards.
- Drive sales and service excellence in Beauty Studios, Skincare, and Fragrance departments.
- Ensure team coordinators are adequately trained to manage the Studio and collaborate with experts to enhance product knowledge.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of trainers and beauty workshop facilitators.
- Manage store activities and ensure the execution of all operational processes, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail environment.
