Sephora Team Lead

- Oversee team members to ensure adherence to Sephora standards in client experience, beauty services, and operations.
- Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio by executing Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach.'
- Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive daily services.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store/district experts for product and brand training.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients on-stage.
- Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed according to company standards.
- Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting, within company guidelines.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to in-house and third-party cleaning crews.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Flexible availability for peak retail hours
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 and CAD$28.55, depending on qualifications and experience.
