1. Oversee and ensure team members perform services within Sephora standards, focusing on Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations.
2. Support staffing of operations, overnight stock team, and operations leadership team.
3. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
4. Ensure Services Coordinators are adequately trained and manage the Studio effectively.
5. Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with in-store experts for product and brand training.
6. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
7. Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
8. Act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
9. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operational processes.
10. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
11. Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
