Responsibilities
- Ensure team members perform services within Sephora standards.
- Execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Support staffing of operations and overnight stock team.
- Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services.
- Act as the Director in Charge within the store.
- Lead store operations and ensure execution of operational processes.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
- Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

- Flexible availability during peak retail hours
