- Oversee assigned 'Worlds' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Support staffing and operations, including overnight stock team and operations leadership.
- Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store/district experts for product and brand training.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) and engage with cast and clients on-stage.
- Lead store operations and ensure completion of operational processes per company standards.
- Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
