1. Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' to enhance client experience and drive sales.
2. Ensure team members are trained in Sephora standards and execute outstanding client service.
3. Manage the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio to drive sales and services.
4. Facilitate training sessions and ensure the Services Coordinators are adequately trained.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
7. Lead store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards in processes and inventory management.
8. Oversee visual merchandising and manage third-party cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
